Eagle & Pagoda Brand Teck Aun Medical Factory is a pioneer in the manufacturing of traditional Chinese herbal medicine in Malaysia, established in 1936. In its early days, the factory initially marketed only \"Teck Aun Chi Kit Pills,\" whose superior quality gained the trust of various communities across Southeast Asia, making it a staple household and travel medicine for treating stomachaches, abdominal pain, mild vomiting and diarrhea, and general gastrointestinal discomfort.<\/p>

In response to the \"Good Manufacturing Practice (G.M.P.)\" implemented by the Malaysian Ministry of Health in 1988, Eagle & Pagoda Brand Teck Aun Medical Factory Sdn. Bhd. invested heavily to actively support the government's promotion of \"Good Manufacturing Practice for Traditional Medicines.\" The company comprehensively upgraded its scientific instruments and strengthened quality management. Strict inspection and control were implemented across all aspects, including factory facilities, environmental hygiene, raw material storage and distribution, and production processes, striving to achieve scientific, systematic, and professional G.M.P. standards.<\/p>

To continuously develop high-quality traditional Chinese medicine and enhance product management and efficacy, the factory's research and development department has consistently expanded its equipment, introducing advanced instruments such as liquid chromatographs, Fourier-transform infrared spectrometers (F.T.I.R), atomic absorption spectrophotometers (A.A.S.), and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers. These efforts are dedicated to developing new high-quality products, providing the public with safe and reliable health solutions.<\/p>

In 1991, to realize the goal of \"upholding tradition while researching and innovating,\" after years of research and development, the factory successfully launched \"Teck Aun Herbal Pills\" This medicine specifically treats internal heat accumulation, summer heat, and headaches. Its exceptional quality has earned it widespread acclaim and popularity. Through continuous effort and improvement, the factory obtained approval from the Ministry of Health in 1997 to become a G.M.P. certified pharmaceutical manufacturer, authorized to produce various Chinese herbal preparations.
